Love this office! They are kinda great with kids and usually we are in and out with in 30 minutes. They take the time to answer all questions and are effect about scheduling appointments and sending out reminder texts.

Horrible Practice. My daughter was having hearing issues, Dr Carola Fleener suggested we go to an ENT. The ENT removed a bunch of ear wax, and my daughter said she heard much better. Dr. Carola Fleener then told me she wanted her to get an MRI. I asked why since her hearing was a lot better now. She said 'that doesn't matter'. I told her I didn't think it was necessary. She then proceeded to talk over me and said she would get the ENT doc, and a pediatric neurologist to say the same thing, and then there would be 3 docs telling me this. At that point i got mad and asked if any of them were my daughter's parent. The audacity of this woman is something else. I scheduled the MRI at a place the dr. referred me to. I get there at 6am only to find out they don' t take the insurance I have. So I have to call and get another location. Keep in mind all this time my daughter had just lost her mom (my wife) 2.5 years ago, and unnecessary panic was not needed, nor welcomed (I also let the dr. know this as well). Surprise, surprise, the MRI was normal. This office is nothing but purveyors of fear. More interested in milking insurance agencies than actually treating and listening

Warning! do not take your children to this facility as long as Dr. CAROLA FLEENER is working there! She is awful. She discussed my child’s medical history with the door open did not even acknowledge my children while they were in there and got snippy when I tried to get help with referrals talking to Gmic as if I were a child and I disclosed with her that I have special needs, and it only got worse. I let her know that I did not like being disrespected and she stormed out of the room. This is very unprofessional very unsettling. They do not care. They kept asking. She kept asking questions over and over that I had already given her steer clear. !

I took my daughter in today to get seen after we thought she had an allergic reaction to eating eggs. Even though we didn’t have an appointment ahead of time, they took us in and treated her fast! Lisa saw us, was kind, and very thorough. highly recommend!
